Order Processing

All orders placed through The Shop Worldwide are made to order. Because of this, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Canada:
7–14 business days

International:
10–21 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on location, customs, weather, or carrier delays.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been processed or shipped, The Shop Worldwide is not responsible for replacement or reshipping costs.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

The Shop Worldwide is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item
  • Description of the issue

Multiple Packages

Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments depending on product type, stock availability, or fulfillment location.

You will receive separate tracking numbers if this happens.


Customs & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.

These fees are not included in the product or shipping price.
