Refund & Return Policy

Overview

At The Shop Worldwide, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our items—including made-to-order and supplier-shipped products—our return and refund policy is limited to specific situations outlined below.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, orders may already be in production or fulfillment and cannot be changed or canceled.


Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

  • Items ordered by mistake

Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and details carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A full refund (at our discretion)


Print-On-Demand (Printify) Items

All custom apparel and printed items are made to order.

Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Design preference

  • Change of mind

If a Printify item arrives damaged or with a printing error, we will replace it at no cost.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank


Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us before filing a chargeback.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and could result in denial of your claim if our policy has been followed.
