Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Some items may be produced and shipped separately depending on the product type and supplier.


Production & Fulfillment

Apparel and custom-printed items are fulfilled through our production partner, Printify.

  • Production time: 2–5 business days

  • These items are made-to-order and printed after your purchase

Other products may ship from our warehouse or trusted suppliers.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

United States

  • Printify products: 3–7 business days after production

  • Other items: 5–10 business days

Canada

  • Printify products: 5–10 business days after production

  • Other items: 7–15 business days

International

  • Printify products: 7–20 business days after production

  • Other items: 10–20 business days

Please note that total delivery time = production time + shipping time


Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in separate packages if you purchase multiple items.
This is normal when items are fulfilled from different locations (e.g., Printify and other suppliers).


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.


Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • International carriers depending on destination


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Shop Worldwide is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

If your package is marked delivered but not received:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Contact the shipping carrier

  3. Reach out to us for assistance


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

We will work to resolve the issue quickly.


International Shipping & Customs

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
