Returns
At The Shop Worldwide, all products are made to order. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered by customer
- Buyer’s remorse
- Color preference changes
- Ordering mistakes

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, we will make it right.
To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for:
- Damaged items
- Defective products
- Incorrect items sent
If approved, refunds will be sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Lost or Stolen Packages
The Shop Worldwide is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will help file a claim when possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After production begins, orders cannot be canceled.
